Description:
The steel for Load Rite's trailers arrives raw and is then machined, bent, and drilled. Once processing is complete, it is sent to be hot dipped in a molten zinc solution that completely coats the steel inside and out and transforms it from a rust prone material to one that resists corrosion and is even self-healing. Steel is extremely strong and durable, and is ideally suited to high-stress usage such as loading of a roller trailer
Roller equipped trailers offer the ease of quick roll-off launching and drive-on loading and since Load Rite's rollers articulate, they act as their own guide for centering your boat. Rollers are the ideal support system for those launching and loading in poor ramp or tidal conditions however, not every boat can be towed on a trailer equipped with rollers so consult your boat manufacturer or a Starling Marine trailer expert to see what is recommended for your boat.
Bunk equipped trailers are a great option where launch ramps are good, tides are at a minimum, and wind and currents are not factors. Bunks provide good support for boat storage if adjusted optimally and tend to require little adjustment once set for a particular boat.

Load Rite utility trailers take service-life to levels unheard of from either painted or aluminum competitors. Their utility trailers are solidly built with a galvanized and welded tubular frame, axle and integrated side rails, plus every model includes a 5' ramp and 2" x 6" or 2" x 8" pressure treated plank deck standard to load and support the cargo. Other standard features include an A-frame tongue with a footed tongue jack and galvanized skirted fenders protecting 15" wheels with DOT rated tires and a complete DOT compliant lighting package. You may also tailor the trailer to your needs with optional features including solid or mesh sides, brakes, LED lights and spare tire and carrier.
All of Load Rite's specialty trailers come in multiple sizes and set-ups that are purpose built for hauling snowmobiles, ATVs, and motorcycles, along with sailboats, catamarans and pontoon boats. The specialty watercraft trailers can be customized with rollers or bunks and offer multiple adjustments to suit your specific boat including keel support for sailboats. Most models in Load Rite's specialty line-up also come loaded with standard features like radial tires, galvanized torsion axles, loading ramps, multiple tie-down points, and wood decking where appropriate.
Load Rite's kayak and canoe trailers feature models that can carry from two up to six units, yet are lightweight enough to allow towing by any vehicle. Each mounting location features a resilient rubber surface to protect your craft and a welded integrated tie down point to secure your cargo.
